We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (design/redesign).  We also offer Power Shopping Services to complete the look!


SERVICES:

$250 - Walk & Talk Staging Consultation


In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the best price possible for your home!  This is the perfect plan for the DIY'er who has an eye for design and wants to do the work, or for the Realtor who wants to include Staging as part of their listing service.

  • Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist, we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have BIG, emotional impact on your buyers
  •  The detailed report also includes our essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$500 - Power Staging & Mini-Makeover


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of your home (Family Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bath).  You won't believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  •  We can bring in gorgeous staging accessories for a monthly rental fee, or shop for those accessories that will serve as investment pieces that you can take to your new home
  • $50.00 Credit will be applied from the Walk and Talk Consultation
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, and photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$750 - Ultimate Power Staging & One Day Home-Makeover


Do you have a larger home (over 3,000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work, or additional rooms?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • We can bring in gorgeous staging accessories for a monthly rental fee, or shop for those accessories that will serve as investment pieces that you can take to your new home
  • $50.00 Credit will be applied from the Walk and Talk Consultation
  • We will work for up to 6 hours in the home, and photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

$75 Each - Vignette Staging


If you have a vacant home and just want a few cozy spaces styled in the home, or perhaps you just need a few accessories to complete the look you already have...then vignette staging is for you!  We can accessorize the fireplace, warm up the bath rooms and make fabulous tablescapes.  Price per vignette includes accessory rental.

$375 - Color Perfect Home™ Consultation


Because you can’t make paint and color choices in a vacuum, we will be assessing all of the colors in each room to determine the best paint color to enhance your current furnishings, fixtures and architectural elements. It’s very easy to pick the wrong color, so we further test the color choices on the walls using our large, paint samples.

  • We narrow down the paint color choices in the Color Perfect Home™ Consultation and bring in large color samples that we LEAVE with you in the home. This way you can live with it and love it before you commit to the larger expense of a painter.
  •  We provide you additional color sheets to take with you when shopping for furnishings, accessories and textiles to insure you are working with your current palette.

$75 Per Hour - Power Shopping


No time to shop for those investment pieces and accessories?  We'll do it for you!  Remember, we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for.

  • We'll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home
  • As designers/stagers, we get "Trade Discounts" at many retailers, and we gladly pass those savings on to you! 

Net Cost of Goods + 25% - Design Project


  • Our design services start with a complementary consultation where we have you fill out our Lifestyle Questionnaire to assess your wishes, lifestyle and home.
  • A detailed proposal and floor plan will then be prepared that will fit your budget.
  • After the initial design consultation and proposal, The Design Project will begin and is where we source the perfect pieces for your new space...from furniture to window treatments, flooring and decor!
  • Once everything has been purchased and received, we pull it all together in your home for a fabulous reveal!

$125 Per Hour - NEW!  Holiday Decorating


Take the stress out of the holidays by having an expert holiday designer work with what you already have to create a gorgeous holiday home, perfect for entertaining!  Of course, if you are looking to revitalize or change your holiday decor completely, we can do that too!  Time is of the essence, so please book your appointment early.  (Christmas trees must be up with lights already strung).
